Victoria Martens from Mexico was reported to be murdered by CNN. She just started fourth grade at an Albuquerque elementary school and celebrated her 10th birthday on Tuesday.
She was killed on Wednesday on what the police referred as a "horrific" crime.
The suspects that was identified by the Albuquerque police include Victoria's mother, Michelle Martens, her mother's boyfriend, Fabian Gonzales and Gonzales cousin, Jessica Kelly.
