Many Injured In Jos As Violence Erupt Between Hausa And Igbo Traders

Violence has erupted in Jos, the plateau State capital, between the Hausa and Igbo traders.

It was reported that several people have sustained injuries along Rwang Pam Street, an area said to be dominated by Igbo's and Ahmadu Bello way. 

Speaking to DIALYPOST, Mr Ojobo said that several houses and shops belonging to Igbo trader have been destroyed. 

He said, “I barely escaped with my life as we speak. I don’t event know where my parents are.

“Many Igbos boys have been injured. Tell the police to come to our aid,” he told DAILY POST on phone with a shrieking voice.

Currently, police and other security bodies have arrived to control the situation.
