Late Mr Chukwuneta Anyabolu is from Umunambu village, Alor Idemmili
south LGA Anambra state Biafra land who left the country to Thailand in
search of greener pastures.
In 1993 after a scintillating football career
in Biafra land which saw him captain the Ogbaru boys secondary school
in 1977 from where he moved to Metu memorial secondary school Onitsha
and ended up playing for the highly rated morning stars football club Onitsha..
Changa or Chassis latter moved to Brazil where he met his untimely and tragic death few days ago.
The story is that one Daniel from Amorka and his partner in crime Ezenwa from Nnewi conspired to dupe Chukwuneta Anyabolu of goods worth several million dollars which actually was supplied to Chassis by other business partners and the business partners were threatening to arrest Chassis if by the 16th of March (which happens to be today Saturday)he fail to return their money or goods and with this threat hanging on Chassis he was now frantically searching the whole of Brazil for the criminal duo of Daniel and Ezennwa then fortunately or unfortunately he was informed that Daniel was sighted in a building in town then Chassis with a cop now rushed to the building and after picking him up descending from the third floor of the building and on getting to the first floor the criminally minded and athletic built Daniel managed to free himself from their grip and jumped from the first floor and without hesitation Changa and the cop jumped after the fleeing criminal Daniel who escaped without much effort while Chassis and the cop landed badly on the hard concrete floor and while the cop landed on his feet our brother Changa who is in his fifties landed with his head and died instantly....
Meanwhile as at the time of filling this report both Daniel and Ezenwa are still at large..
May the good Lord give the family and relations of Mr Anyabolu the fortitude to bear the great loss...
