 3 Nigerians arrested as an international drug dealers in Cambodia




An operation between enforcement agencies in Canada, Japan and Cambodia has leto the arrested of the Nigerian ringleaders of a drug smuggling group in Cambodia.


The arrest was made at about 9:15 am on February 06, 2019. OLARU NARCIS MANUEL, a Romanian man was initially caught with 4 packs of methamphetamine, weighing about 5 kg.


After that, suspected drug boss, AZUBAM CELESTINE EMEKA and two other Nigerians were arrested at a Condominium 101, 494, Phsar Deum Thkov, together with three more packages.

The suspects are identified as: OLARU NARCIS MANUEL, a Romanian, LIXANDRU VASILE NICOLAE, Romanian, AZUBAM CELESTINE EMEKA, AZUBAM SIMEON CHUKWUDI and NGWU HILLARY MMADU, all Nigerian.
