The father of popular Nigerian singer and renowned lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) has offered his legal assistance to the Dakolos case against COZA founder and senior pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo.
Informationng reported that the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, had ordered that petitions from the Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Abuja, Biodun Fatoyinbo, and the Dakolos, be combined and investigated at the Force Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos.
The popular human rights activists, Mr Femi Falana, on Monday revealed that he would be standing at the forefront to defend the Dakolo’s case in the court of law during a telephone conversation with newsmen.
Falana also revealed that the Inspector General had assured that justice would be served on the matter.
While questioning whether the police experts had rejected to follow up on the Dakolos’ appeal, Falana said the case would be brought down to Lagos just on the grounds that the family was the first to petition the police.
