Nigerian man blast the governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano, for the act of using manual labour in construction of public roads in 21st century.
He said, despite that Anambra State ranks among the State with highest vehicular movement, the governor still use manual means to construct roads. He engaged that other State make use of highly experiences firms to build state of the art road that can stand the test of time.
The report was made known on Facebook with photos attached to it.

It is only in Anambra state that manual labour is used to construct public roads in this 21st Century.
Don't forget that Anambra state ranks among the states with highest vehicular movements,then Mr. Obiano uses manual means to construct roads when other states are engaging highly experienced firms to build state-of-the-art roads that can stand the test of time.
