Newly promoted policeman dies on his way to assume duty

A police officer has died in an auto crash in Taraba State, while on his way to assume duty as the Assistant Superintendent of Police in one of the Divisions in the state.

ASP Yakubu Ali, aged 55, died on Sunday, August 5, 2018 and was laid to rest on Tuesday.
